Immunisation cardUp-to-date vaccination record from the district clinic.

Recent passport photoTwo colour photos of the pupil, front-facing, plain background.

Last school reportMost recent report card (for Primary 1 upwards). Not required for Creche/Nursery/KG.

Transfer letterFrom your current school if transferring mid-year (Primary 2 upwards).

Parent / Guardian IDGhana Card, driver's licence or passport of the parent signing the enrolment.

Two passport photos of parentFor the parent-collection card.

Special-needs report (if any)Any medical, learning or safeguarding information we should know from day 1.

Termly. Includes tuition, books, one uniform set, and one hot lunch per day. Bus and boarding are optional.
