👥 GovernanceProgramme Manager owns delivery. Board Finance & Audit Committee reviews spend quarterly.
How the money moves:
Your donation → routed to the Project-specific bank account at GCB Bank → the Accountant issues a receipt within 24 hours → the Project Team draws against the project budget with two-adult approval → we publish spend and progress every 30 days. Anyone can request an audit summary at accounts@ibs-edu.org.
