“Move mountains together.”
Student Life
Life at IBS is more than lessons. It’s morning devotion, house games, library afternoons, the prefects’ assembly, and the quiet Friday chapel. Here’s what’s happening this week and who leads what.
Weekly Highlights
The best of the week from every corner of the campus — from the STEM lab to the sports field, from chapel to the classroom. Updated every Friday by our editors.
Pupil leaders elected by their peers and confirmed by the Headmaster. They represent every learner’s voice in leadership meetings and lead our morning assemblies.
Chairs the Prefects Council. Leads Monday assembly. Sits on the Student Voice sub-committee.
Deputy chair. Leads Friday chapel. Champions our reading & peer-support programmes.
Individual prefect names are shared privately with families on request — not published to protect pupil privacy.
Houses
Every pupil belongs to a house from admission to graduation. Houses compete in sports, academics, cultural events and the Christ-the-Key Trophy each June.
