All templates carry the IBS letterhead, are versioned, and match the SOP that governs their use. This page is for signed-in IBS staff and leadership; sensitive templates are stored inside SchoolOS to prevent phishing-template harvesting by outsiders. Prospective parents apply at /admissions.

How signatures work at IBS

Not every template needs a signature the same way. Here's when to use what.

1. Wet signature (paper) Print, sign, then scan back to the responsible SOP owner. Best for offer letters, contracts, board resolutions and anything the school stamp must appear on.

2. Fill online + sign on screen Signed-in staff can use the Fill Online page. Type once, sign with finger or mouse, download a signed PDF, email it. Best for parent consent, sickbay slip, incident report, leave request.

3. E-signature service (external witness) For binding contracts you want witnessed by a third party, use DocuSeal (free) or DocuSign. Upload the IBS template, add signer fields, and route it.
